QRWizard terms

QRWizard is a workflow tool for professional lead capture, booking handoff, and follow-up after in-person meetings or events.

You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and only for legitimate business activity.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your account, and the actions taken through your workspace.

Workspace owners are responsible for the campaigns, capture forms, follow-up rules, connected integrations, and outreach content they enable.

You may not use QRWizard to violate privacy rights, send unlawful or deceptive outreach, infringe intellectual-property rights, scrape or misuse third-party data, or interfere with the service.

If you collect phone numbers or email addresses through QRWizard, you are responsible for obtaining any consent required under applicable marketing, messaging, privacy, or consumer-protection laws.

QRWizard may work with services such as Google, Microsoft, Calendly, Cal.com, LinkedIn, Twilio, Expo, Anthropic, and Exa. Those services remain subject to their own terms, policies, pricing, and availability.

If you connect a third-party service, you authorize QRWizard to use that connection only as needed to provide the workflow you enabled.

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time. We may also change plan limits, integrations, or service behavior as the product evolves.

We work to keep QRWizard reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that creates risk for users, partners, or the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of account data by contacting hello@qrwizard.app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRWizard and CrispyAI, Inc. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from use of the service.

If you download the app through Apple, Apple’s standard end-user license terms may also apply unless superseded by a custom license agreement.
